    I am reaching out for assistance from others for insight about WCRS expectations for remedial actions.
    eg how will a SI ensure compliance with updated policies, procedures, claims manual, etc.
    We use a third party claims provider for claims management.
    Have others needed to update their policies or claims manual to include the specifics of the latest audit framework?
    Any information you can provide would be most appreciated and happy to take a call if that is easier for others.
